By installing and using the Mail IITB browser extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the extension.

2. Description of Service

Mail IITB is a productivity tool designed to enhance your webmail experience. Key features include:

AI-powered summarization of webmail content using Gemini-Flash-2.5.
Manual and semi-automated scheduling of Google Calendar events based on email content.
Email draft generation and response assistance.

3. Use of Google Data

Our service integrates with the Google Calendar API to allow you to create and manage schedule events. Your data usage is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with Google API Services User Data Policy requirements.

4. User Responsibilities

While our AI provides summaries and drafts, users are responsible for:

Verifying the accuracy of AI-generated summaries before relying on them.
Reviewing Calendar event details (time, date, location) before final confirmation.
Maintaining the security of their browser and Google Account.

5. Limitation of Liability

Mail IITB is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers shall not be liable for any missed appointments, data errors, or any indirect damages resulting from the use of this service.
